Since the first of classes (Aug 19th 2024), intermittent WiFi issues have been reported by users at Nelson Hall.
If you happen to experience this, here are a few troubleshooting tips:
- Try switching the WiFi on your machine off and back on.
- If you are connected to Eduroam, try connecting to the ncsu network and vice-versa.
- Keep an eye on OIT’s system status page to check for any service degradations that are reported. This page has a “Subscribe All” button, it is recommended to subscribe to OIT’s system status updates for latest information.
