Request IT Help

The Poole IT Service Desk was created to give users access to a live support technician for resolution of emergency computing issues, inquire about purchasing equipment, request loaner equipment, and to request guidance/information with any and all general computing-related issues with supported hardware and operating systems.

To request help from the Poole IT Service Desk Team, please do any of the following:

1. Visit us in person at the Poole IT Service Desk located in Nelson Hall 2400
2. Submit a help request via e-mail to: poole_ithelp@ncsu.edu
3. Chat with us by using the live chat option at the bottom right of this website
4. Fill out the form below.
