Skedda is Poole’s new space management and reservation software. Skedda will serve as the central hub for all your room and space reservation needs, making it easier than ever to book meeting rooms, conference rooms, event spaces, bloomberg terminals and other shared areas across the college.

>> A streamlined booking process – Reserve spaces in just a few clicks.

>> Real-time availability – View and secure rooms instantly.

>> A centralized system – One platform for all space reservations at Poole College.

>> Google Calendar Integration – When you book a space, a Google Calendar invitation will automatically be sent to you. You can then easily add guests to the invite, keeping everyone informed of the reservation details.

Any modifications or cancellations to your reservations must be made both in Skedda and in your personal Google Calendar invitation. Since Skedda does not have access to your personal calendar, changes made in Skedda will not automatically update your Google Calendar event and vice versa.

To ensure sync between Skedda and your Google Calendar, it is imperative that all users manually update both when making edits to their reservations.
