Ezeep – How to release a print job using your smartphone

Ezeep app installation on Smartphone:

  1. If you have an iOS device, go to the App Store and search for “ezeep Blue printer app”. (This is the app you should be installing)

  2. If you have an Android device, go to the Google Play Store and search for “ezeep Blue Printer App”. (This is the app you should be installing)
  3. Download & open the ezeep Blue printer app on your smartphone. Please ensure that you login using the “G” icon (Google icon) and use your NCSU Gmail credentials.
  4. You are ready to start printing!

Print job release via Smartphone:

Every departmental printer has the following details on it:

  • The printer’s QR code, along with alternative printer locations
  • Departmental copy codes
  • Walk up to your departmental printer and open the ezeep app on your phone. You should see a list of your print jobs ready to be released. If you don’t, pull down on the screen to refresh. Click on the “release” button next to your print job and scan the printer’s QR code.
  • Your documents will be printed at the corresponding printer.
