Bloomberg Terminals – Booking Instructions

Available Bloomberg Stations to Book:

  • Bloomberg Station 2
  • Bloomberg Station 3
  • Bloomberg Station 4
  • Bloomberg Station 5
  • Bloomberg Station 6
  • Bloomberg Station 7
  • Bloomberg Station 8
  • Bloomberg Station 9
  • Bloomberg Station 10

Each booking can be made for a maximum of 2 hours.

How to Book:

  1. Visit the booking website: https://ncsupoole.skedda.com/booking

Booking Hours (Spring 2025):

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8am to 8pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday:
    • 8am to 10am
    • 12pm to 4:15pm
    • 6pm to 8pm
    • (10am to 12pm and 4:15pm to 6pm reserved for class)
  • Sunday: 1pm to 6pm

What Happens After Booking:

  • A confirmation email is sent upon successful booking.
  • If you have the Skedda app, a check-in notification will also be sent.
  • You will receive a check-in email 20 minutes before your booking.
  • You can check-in up to 15 minutes after your booking begins.

Check-in Rules:

  • The check-in window opens 20 minutes before the reservation start time.
  • Check-in is available until 15 minutes after the booking start time.

PLEASE NOTE – BOOKING CHANGES AND CALENDAR SYNC

Any modifications or cancellations to your reservations must be made both in Skedda and in your personal Google Calendar invitation. Since Skedda does not have access to your personal calendar, changes made in Skedda will not automatically update your Google Calendar event and vice versa.

To ensure sync between Skedda and your Google Calendar, it is imperative that all users manually update both when making edits to their reservations.
