Loan IT Equipment

All members of Poole can request the use of loaner equipment for short periods of time (typically 2 weeks) if available, from the Poole IT Service desk.

  • Loaner laptops (if personal device is under repair/if any software is not compatible with personal device)
  • Loaner tablets
  • Adapters/Hubs
  • Cables
  • Laptop Chargers
  • Professional Audio/Video Equipment
  • Calculators

Requests are to be submitted in any of the following methods:

  3. Visit us at the IT Service Desk

Once you submit a request to us, subject to inventory, we would be happy to work with you based on your requirements and loan out equipment accordingly.

All equipment borrowed is owned by Poole IT and can only be used for Poole related business/research/academic purposes.

Equipment will be checked out to a specific Poole user and cannot be transferred to others.

All equipment should be returned to the Poole IT Service Desk on or before the scheduled return date.
